This in turn will make sure that any resource requirement that comes our way does not trigger any havoc at ISG. Understanding Client’s business is, no doubt, be an evolutionary process. Yet we, through our Account Manager, understand your business, its demands and culture, in the least possible time. Knowing this information before hand cuts our turn around time tremendously.
After understanding your business, our recruiters and Account Managers in a proactive approach to staffing, will pre-select and pre-screen best available talent according to your business requirements. We will screen every resume, host face-to-face interviews, conduct technical assessments, and perform detailed reference checks prior to presenting candidates to you. It might sound enormous work to companies other then ISG. For us, this is routine.
Making a good technical resource available to you within an optimal time frame, though, is just the beginning. It is also a challenge to retaining one’s resources and making sure that they provide the utmost attention to the success of Client’s assignments.
