Our aim is not to just fill your positions. Before doing business with a Client, we get to know the Client’s business. We will understand Client’s business, IT initiatives, and work environment. Knowing this information will enables us to develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that will attract the best IT talent in a highly-competitive labor market. This in turn will make sure that any resource requirement that comes our way does not trigger any havoc at ISG. Following are the steps of our time tested, proprietary mechanism of satisfying any requirements: We follow them so as to ensure your complete satisfaction
Understanding Client’s business is, no doubt, be an evolutionary process. Yet we, through our Account Manager, understand your business, its demands and culture, in the least possible time. Knowing this information before hand cuts our turn around time tremendously.
After understanding your business, our recruiters and Account Managers in a proactive approach to staffing, will pre-select and pre-screen best available talent according to your business requirements. We will screen every resume, host face-to-face interviews, conduct technical assessments, and perform detailed reference checks prior to presenting candidates to you. It might sound enormous work to companies other then ISG. For us, this is routine.
Making a good technical resource available to you within an optimal time frame, though, is just the beginning. It is also a challenge to retaining one’s resources and making sure that they provide the utmost attention to the success of Client’s assignments. Our proactive recruiting system has the built in capability of creating a professional yet friendly relationship with our potential staff. Our excellent staff retention rate of 100% speaks of this fact.
You can save time and money – When you employ an agency, we – not you – become the temp worker’s employer. We become responsible for and bear the financial burden of recruiting, screening, testing and hiring workers; payroll expenses and paperwork; payroll and withholding taxes; unemployment and workers’ compensation insurance; and any employee benefits that we may wish to provide
You can evaluate worker without commitment – Based on your evaluation or preferences, you can employ our consultant for a designated short term or, if desired, offer a full-time position to a worker who suits your business
Enables your business to adjust more easily and quickly to workload fluctuations
Allows you to maintain staffing flexibility
ISG can work with you in case you would like to hire our consultant as a full time employee. Consultant can be offered permanent position starting after 90 days of assignment. In such situation, ISG will be entitled to a $ amount, from you, which equates to one month of expense to your company for the consultant as ISG’s employee. You will NOT owe any money to ISG in case when ISG’s consultant becomes a full time employee of yours after six months of the initial assignment start date
